Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Your reflections may reveal how you are doing. This policy explains how Amelio handles that sensitive information.

Last updated October 1, 2026

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy for consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada law and similar laws. TakeOnePiece LLC (dba Mindful Suite) is responsible for this data. Amelio is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device or health-care provider.

What we collect and why

We collect this from you when you choose to enter it. We do not use precise location or geofencing to infer health conditions, and do not collect this category from data brokers. We use it only for the purposes above, not advertising.

Consent and sharing

We collect and use this data with your consent when you enter it in a feature. You can withdraw by deleting the entry or your account. We share it only with people you select; processors that host, store or provide the feature (Google Cloud and Firebase, and where relevant Gemini, OpenAI or Replicate); or authorities when legally required. These providers act for us, not for their own purposes. We do not sell consumer health data and have no affiliates receiving it.

Your rights

You can ask whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, access it, request a list of recipients and their contact information, withdraw consent, or have it deleted (including from processors). Delete content or your account in the app, or email support@meetamelio.com with the subject “Consumer health data request.” We respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary and with notice. If we deny a request, reply to appeal; we respond to appeals within 45 days. You can then contact the Washington or Nevada Attorney General as applicable. We do not discriminate against you for using these rights.
