Amelio Terms

Amelio is made by TakeOnePiece LLC, doing business as Mindful Suite. The Mindful Suite Terms of Service are the overarching agreement for Amelio and apply in full. This page adds what is specific to Amelio; if anything here conflicts with them, the Mindful Suite Terms win.

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using Amelio you agree to the Mindful Suite Terms of Service, including their dispute resolution, governing law and limitation of liability sections, and to these Amelio terms. Our Privacy Policy and the Amelio privacy page explain how we handle your data.

2. A close circle

Amelio is for sharing with the few people you choose. You connect with someone only through an invitation link, code or QR code, and they see you only once you are connected. You are responsible for whom you invite and accept.

3. Private by default, shared by choice

Everything you post is private until you share it, and you choose the audience each time: just you, all your friends, or the people you pick. People you share with can see what you shared and may remember it or capture it on their own devices; we cannot recall what someone has already seen.

4. Replies stay between two

A reply to a post is a conversation between the person who replied and the author. Other people in the circle do not see it, even on a post shared with everyone.

5. Be kind, and keep it real

• Share only what is yours to share. Do not post photos of other people, including children, without their consent.
• No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Do not impersonate anyone, sell or transfer your account, or try to get into someone else’s circle uninvited.
• You can block or report anyone from their profile. We review reports and may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

6. Not medical care

Check-ins, body and colour readings, and the companion’s reactions are prompts for reflection, not diagnoses or advice. Amelio is not a substitute for professional care. If you or someone you know is in danger, contact local emergency services.

7. Purchases

Amelio is free to download. Any purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their terms and the purchase terms in the Mindful Suite Terms.

8. Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, then Account, then Delete account). Deleting it removes your profile, posts, photos, connections, reactions and replies, as described on the privacy page.
