Amelio Privacy

What you share in Amelio is personal, so we collect only what the app needs, show it only to the people you choose, and never use it for advertising. The Mindful Suite Privacy Policy is the overarching policy for Amelio and applies in full; this page summarises what is specific to Amelio.

Private by default

Every check-in and post is private until you share it. For each one you choose who sees it: just you, all your friends, or the people you pick. Nobody outside your circle can find you, follow you or watch.

Replies between two

A reply is visible only to you and the person you are talking to, even on a post you shared with everyone.

What Amelio collects

• Name you choose to show, and a profile photo if you add one.
• Email address and sign-in identifiers (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email).
• User ID, the identifier we create for your account.
• Photos you add to posts or your profile.
• Posts and messages: check-ins, posts, reactions, replies, who each post is shared with, and your circle connections.
• Device push token, if you allow notifications, so we can tell you about activity in your circle.

Feelings and what you write about your life can be sensitive. We process it only to provide Amelio to you and the people you share with. See also our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

No ads. No selling data.

Amelio has no advertising and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. We never sell your data and never use what you share to target ads. Service providers that host and run Amelio for us (such as Google Cloud and Firebase) process data only on our behalf, as listed in the Mindful Suite Privacy Policy.

Deleting your data

Delete a post at any time and it disappears from everyone’s view. Delete your account in the app (Settings, then Account, then Delete account) and we remove your profile, posts, photos, connections, reactions and the replies you left, and your support conversation, from our live systems. Backup copies are overwritten on a rolling schedule. Records of purchases are kept as long as tax law requires. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing support@mindfulsuite.com.

Cookies

meetamelio.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other sites, so there is no cookie banner. The Amelio app uses no cookies and no advertising identifiers.

Your rights (EU, UK and elsewhere)

The controller of your data is TakeOnePiece LLC, doing business as Mindful Suite. We use your data to provide the service you asked for, and, for what you share about your feelings (which can count as health data), on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email admin@mindfulsuite.com, or delete your account in the app. We are based in the United States; data transferred from the EU or UK is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as the Mindful Suite Privacy Policy describes.
